Introduction of the different breakthroughs:

Each number represent an area that we want a breakthroughs
1. Relationship
2. Communication
3. Money
4. Career
5. Quality of Life
6. Personal Productivity
7. Fulfil a mission

The value of integrity:

Integrity is to honour your word and keeping the present and empowering context or conversation for possibility for yourself and your life.

YOUR WORD CREATES YOUR WORLD.EITHER YOU ARE YOUR WORDS OR YOUR REASONS.

Integrity creates workability so that you can perform at your best. Thus, Integrity = Workability = Performance.Performance produces results that matters to one. E.g. Joy or Freedom or Satisfaction.

Therefore, Integrity = Joy or Freedom or Satisfaction

How to generate Integrity?

Honouring your word is:
- Doing what you say you will do and doing it on time
- Doing what you know to do and doing it as it was meant to be done and doing it on time
- Do what others would expect you to do and even if you never said you would do it, and do it on time

What to do if you are out of integrity?

Saying so as soon as you know you will not be doing it or will not be doing it on time and saying if you will be doing it and by when or saying you will not be doing it at all.

Dealing with the consequence of you are not doing it on time or not doing it at all, for all those who are impacted by you are not doing it on time, or not doing it at all.

Assignment:

1. Which area are you out of Integrity?
e.g. say you will do it but not done it
say you will not do it but you are doing it

2. Write a story about yourself ten years from now.

3. What kind of breakthrough do you desire in the next 6 months?

New Year Celebration 2009YEC members gathered together on 1st Jan to usher in the year 2009 and to embrace our new chapter of life.

A delicious spread was layed out by all of us. We mingled around and played fun games..We ended off by watching a very sensational movie 'United 93'.

Though it was a simple potluck party, it surely was an unforgetable and meaningful beginning as we have taken the 1st step to support one another towards the same mission of YEC.

This celebration will definitely be the genesis to our future gatherings.
